Central Reverse Polarity (CRP) is a magnet technology patented by Ecoflow plc and is the reason the Bioflow range of products are so effective. Instead of having a single polarity, with North at one end and South at the other, CRP magnets are designed such that the polarity reverses along the length of the magnet. The effect of this polarity reversal is to produce a unique magnetic field, which mimics the pulsed field created by electromagnetic generators used by professional therapists. In addition, all Bioflow magnets are tuned to a bio-compatible frequency to ensure the magnetic field does not interfere with the body's natural frequencies.

When blood passes through the magnetic field created by the Bioflow, the molecules are subject to a magnetic force first in one direction and then in the reverse direction. This pulse agitates the molecules far more effectively than would a standard magnet, preventing the red cells from clumping and so making them more efficient at absorbing oxygen.

Bioflow devices are not designed to replace professional electromagnetic pulse therapy. However, whereas the professional machines are expensive, not portable and can only be used for short periods, the Bioflow can be worn as often and for as long as desired. Many people start by wearing them constantly, gradually reducing the time until they find a level which suits them.
